I'll be the first to admit that I don't know everything about the subject. I was stating my opinion. Here are the facts that I do Know. (1) Pres. Bush has not only been in the oil business for over 20 years, but he has been associated with the Bin Laden family for almost as long. (2) Before 9/11 the pres. spent twice as much time on vacation as he did in Washington causing his approval rating to drop to 15%. (3) After 9/11, his approval rating went way up because he was so swift to start a war in Afganastan. (4) Before his approval started to drop, He decided to finish what his daddy started in Iraq. (5) Now we have wars on two fronts and wars consume billions of gallons of fuel. Now the powers that be say the reason for the high fuel prices is the demand is to high. I think the billions of gallons we're using over there might have something to do with it. Just my opinion. Also the thousands of gallons that haliburton lost and never paid for might have something to do with it too.
