An outright lie if ever I heard one but that is not the only crime going on though. Why is the Federal government taking the proceeds of the illegal activity and not having it disbursed as restitution to the cable companies that were the victims of the theft. If the Government benefits from the illegal activity then that would make them accessories of the crime after the fact.
