Its was rough in Charlottesville in 1965 I was sent in there to do the make ready for Ameco, the power company required us to contact the poles at 22 ft or 26 foot or 32 foot depending on there rules,in other words 22 ft on this pole 32 on the next back to 22. You could see the cable see sawing up and down from blocks away,hard to lash, had to keep a tape measure and a print close at all times. I remember one area of 2 miles of cable that they changed out 50 poles, for supposed clearance problems but being 22 years old I did have a good time at night . Chuck
