I believe it is the Holland reds that are the standard ones. The Holland blues are supposed to be 2 amp rated for those installs using power inserters.
I have found that with many diplexers that there is poor picture quality on channel 60. This happened with PVs and with Hollands. Switching the receiver modulator to ch 23 air or something in that general area seems to provide a clean picture. I see this problem even when there is new cabling throughout. For me, its just a habit now to switch every receiver to 23 air. I don't even think twice about it anymore.
