Last year when gas prices took the big jump (after Katrina) there was a station manager in Albertville, AL who was run down and killed by a drive off theif. They should take the killer and either bring "Yella Mama" (the state's retired electric chair) out of storage to fry him or strap him down in the middle of Hwy 431 (in front of the service station the victim worked at) and charge people a fee of $1 each to run the killer over.
