Your Prime contract with the Cable/Telecom company probably has a 1 year mutual no hire clause in it which would make a no compete clause in any contract you have with an employee or sub unnecessary since you would be able to seek relief from the Cable/Telecom company, who has the deep pockets, if they hired any of your people directly.
If a competitor hires away any of your people, let them have them, so they can know the misery of what it is to deal with these no sense of duty insecure blame everybody else for their problems job hoppers.
