Hang in there man ,I know first hand it feels like the end of the world right now ,your heart has been ripped from your chest . There is no answers in a bottle that solve anything , been there done that . A rebound girl friend won't help either, just seems like it will. As hard as it is to be alone , its a necessity. Once your alone long enough , you will find yourself , my suggestion bury yourself in work stay busy , don't think about her , put her out of your mind , in time you will heal . Don't worry about being alone ,your your own best friend . If you need someone to talk to call me. I feel for you. Hope life gets better for you , hang in there!!
