Re: No Compete Agreement

What do you need a no compete claus for anyway. I mean, there not worth the paper there printed on and the guy who will split and go climb for your compitition you don't want anyway. Find people who work,treat them well and have a few beers after the checks clear. Lets get back to basics in this industry and stop trying to be lawyers. just two worthless cents, no offense intended.
