If it were not for P*, where would this industry be? We would all still probably be arguing which C-band dish is best. P* revolutionized this industry. They had the right idea on what customer service was and how to treat their techs.
HSP / MSP motto;
More work for less pay...then lets screw them out of that too.
Maybe soon, those of you who are still in the satellite business will be paying them for the right to install their systems.
