The techs blame the MSOs and the hacks.

The MSOs lump the techs and hacks into one group and blame them.

The hacks aren't used to the old days of money and it is a step up from what they were making at McDonalds so the are happy with it.

Mel Gibson doesn't know a lot about the cable industry but he would probably blame the Jews.
