Well, I must say, congratulations for having trained so many techs. I personally have only trained about 30 up to this point, I guess. One of which has gone on to become a general manager for one of Dish's LSC's, another who has gone on to become an area manager for one of the southeasts largest satellite service providers and 3 still work with me.
As for the way I speak, maybe it is because of the time I have spent going to college, reading, listening, and the school of hard knocks. It has a way of tempering a mans thoughts and actions.
For me life is a series of causes and conditions. How I respond is a reflection of what I have learned and have yet to learn.
