I dont see why it wouldn't,a voip phone only requires about 80kbs when in use and any wildblue or other satellite isp is going to start at 512kbs down so it should work fine.The only reason it would'nt work good would be if you had a bad feed i.e. poor signal to the dish any phone issues would be related to the qos from the provider. Dont take this as fact I'm just guessing here but my packet 8 phone has been great as long as the connection of course is up. One time I did have an echo in the phone but it was gone later that night so I'm not sure what caused this.I'm using a broadband connection.
