siebel is it is a little bit of all of that we are trying to work the kinks out in Michigan but it routes according to where you live very funny I drive over 100 miles a day now people who use to be in pov are getting into cov's because of the amount of miles and the cost of gas does not make it feasible to have a pov you get time frames 8-10 10-12 estimated arrival times 8:15 to the customers this system is a joke
