I am just analyzing something. Whether the pay is good or not is not the question. YET. I will get to all that. Right now I just need to know how much an employee making 13/hr 40hrs a week would cost me as a company. We'll get to the other stuff soon enough. BTW 13/hr aint bad for a newbie with no exp. So lets just say Im looking to pay 13/hr with raises every 6 months for 4 years until top pay of 23/hr is reached.
But right now all I need to know is how much a 13/hr employee would cost me, as a company.
