You're right oldschool, they call that a rookie. He/she won't keep that attitude for very long, and with it, would never get promoted. Other cops will soon set them "straight" or drive them off the force. One of the best things about cameras starting to become common place everywhere, is it most likely will catch more cops then crooks. Of course, you'd only hear about it if the media gets a hold of the video before the cops do! lol
