Each state is different in the way they express their laws. I bet there is no state that says rich guys with many dollars are the only people allowed to file suite. Remember , we are discussing legal ways to get paid. Two hundred dollars may be 100% of an installers weekly gross pay.
What would happen if every installer went to the address of an unpaid installation and cut a wire tomorrow? Would it still be worth the trouble to screw installers out of two hundred dollars?
