I have to pay 70% of prime to come even close to paying a fair wage. Pretty tough on the bottom line.

Some of you reading may say "WOW, a 30% margin is awesome!". That 30% isn't clear, brothers....not by a long shot. More often than not, I have to use other MSO money to cover the ONE TWC project that I have.

I will say though that the TWC system that I work pays VERY quickly and has a tremendous operational team. They really have their act together. I've recently closed two other TWC shops in the same region; they were both bleeding too badly to save.

TWC has sooooo much potential that I just don't want to walk away from the one TWC location I do have but I seriously doubt that I'll be taking much more TWC Southeast work.

Who knows, maybe they'll realize that for the level of tech they want in the field that they must pay about 45% more.

I'm hopeful but I've always been a VERY optimistic guy!
