Dont mean to but in here but , those who installed those dish jobs were from the past 5 years and now the state of MN is requiring every independent contractor to take a state test and hold a " POWER LIMITED LICENCE" AND TO GET A CONTRACTORS LICENCE YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PWT AND THEY ALSO ARE BRINGING IN AFFECT THAT EVERY ONE WHO INSTALLS SATELITTES HAVE TO PLACE A STICKER WITH THEIR REGISTERED # ON EVERY JOB THAT THEY DO. WILL THIS HELP ???? HOPEFULLY BUT TIME WILL TELL.
