You've got to be kidding me. Every person that I know that has ever stepped foot on that job is starving as a result of it. The only people making any money are the Project Managers and their "Good Ol' Boy Gang". Always running out of parts, always running out of activated nodes. Get your PM's to some organizational skills classes! Plus, the vast majority of HSV is easement. How could you possibly have only 20% of the remaining work in easement? Get your hooks and ladders out boys. You'll need them on this one!
