You need to ask the prime to review their contract, some state once system is used, customers hooked up. The work is acceptable. Also, You should request a total inspection by phase not wait on the entire project. No matter what you request or demand, you are just at the mercy of the man with the check book. If you don't get satisfaction, start calling the regional office. Good luck
