the entire cable industry is changing(again) many subs are going to have to either find another form of employment or jump on the bandwagon.The glorydays of cable no longer exist .Most of all the cakework is gone .and MSO's are now looking for employee based companies to fulfill thier obligations . My best suggestion to anyone in this business ,if they chose to stay in it ,is to find the best employee based company, the one who will fight for your rights and stay put.
