I signed a contract with them also, I have had one job over 100 miles away, but they promised me a $100 trip and an extra $75 for all of the custom work that the customer was told she could have done for free. I still have yet to see any money. Yeah they charge $399 for the install in which the installer will get a lousy $75. Now that is feeding the middle man like a big dog. The ad says for tv's up to 37". Mine was a 42 incher. Go figure. When you start doing installs that were paid for up front to someone else, get ready to work for pennies.
