You know WHY don`t "WE" play the same GAME as "THEY" do.
They want to know EVERYTHING about your experience and work performance so I say the same to them that WE should ALSO know about the company we are APPLYING to. Like that they have sound financial footing (to avoid no pay for work done).
The clients do not get services for free so neither should WE foot the bill (get the ball dropped onto US)via working for free ( that`s what it boils down to).
Also they want references as how good we are as workers. So the same be required of them by providing how good and NEED of services as we all have gotten the no work, BYE!!!
Finally we get overseen on the work we do. So should THEY as far as on time pay and work load as a company via ratings.
Seems fair to me.
