The LCD TV's are dropped shipped directly to each customers home along with the wall mount. Jobs are scheduled around the delivery, you will need to show up on time to the job remove the TV from the box, mount the wall bracket and attach the TV. Connect DVD, VCR or cable or satellite box and show the customer how to operate the TV. You must clean up the work site and get your paperwork signed and fax in weekly with your invoice. We need dependable people that will show up on time and do clean neat work and act like a true professional. We also have additional work coming in September doing mobile GPS installations, at that time current installation vendors can fulfill this work too.
The problem with them is they fail to tell the CX they have to buy the Mount.
They also fail to tell them the price for the install is for one TV.
Same old Installer in the middle of the Salesmen who fail to tell the CX what it really cost's to do the Job.
Chargeback for no show when the CX will not answer the phone.
Kind of like the Sales end need's to be Honest to the CX and not fast talk them into A sale.
Just my thought's on them as I had this happen on the very first Job with A Cx that was mad as hell.
Maybe thing's will get better we will see if they can inform the Cx what it really cost's for A install of the LCD.
