Basicly, Wildblue is a internet provider via satllite. You install a 29 in dish plus modem with dual cable in between. one for transmit and one for receive. Thats it in a nutshell. Its an excellent product and affordable to most people, unlike directway and/or starband. I enjoy installing it and I enjoy the customers reaction to it. I haven't seen customer reaction to satellite like this since the early days. When working almost all customers love it. That has been MY experience
