you can get workers comp for 850 or less in south carolina per year. however i will not cover you. its called an administrative account. (i believe) i did that for 3 years. the policy will cover anyone who works for you. the underwriter will audit you each year that you are doing this. then you would owe 7% of what you paid out in 10-99's. you are basicly getting a policy and then exempting yourself. general liability isnt that much either. contact sauls insurance on beltline blvd in columbia. they can set everything up for you.
