yes WB is going to make it and the proof is in the contracts they signed with Directv and Dish last month and their scheduled launch of another bird this fall. As for rates, yes if you sub they are dropping but WB has not dropped their rates. If you want to make real money in the sat biz you must become a dealer. In my 10 yrs. in the biz this has been my experience.
