we are trying to find out the policies on gl insurance and wc for the state of south carolina. the reason is that the prime i cub for takes out 9% every week for these two. i can go out and get it cheaper through another party. when this issue is brought up i am told that there are a bunch of requirements that have to be met. i cant find these requirements. actually its the first ive heard of it. one of them that i remember was that i had to be incorperated. whatever that means.
does anyone else have money withheld by there primes for this if so what do they take out.
i have also asked for copies of both policies which we have never seen. also have asked for a copy of the requirements that the cable company wants. (they were metioned of having additional requirements).
if any one knows what requirements i need to acquire an acceptable policy for the state of south carolina it would be greatly appreciated along with any other input.
