He's in protective custody in jail and after he goes to prison he's is locked up with the same kind of Animals because Murderers hate Child molesters, They may have killed someone but they the Gen POP have children to and hate those guys so hopefully the forget that Couey is a animal and sacrifice him to the GEN POP.
