N. Korea is a sovereign nation. They have the right to do what they want as long as it doesn't pose a problem with another nation. They tested a few weapons, who cares. Now, if they want to fire them our way, I am sure we can reciprocate the same way. Besides, I am sure Japan has called them and said "uh, Kim J, you might want to reconsider screwing with the Americans. You ever look at a WWII history book?"
Besides, we could always Fed Ex them a few jars worth of Hiroshima ash.
