Re: too many contractors in CFL

I appreciate the positive comments toward Groupware TDD1. I also agree with you in that going out of your way to accomodate the MSO can be taxing on technicians. The stepping up of the management to compensate the techs for that effort is the next step in Groupwares rebuilding process. There is a lot in the works and hopefully many installers can benefit.
