you got that correct Dave. except that Schenck was sold out recently so no more of a Schenck name ran by Mike. It's my understanding that Mike is going to keep Cable Com and Can-Am separate while remaining in control of both companies. Can-Am has a very good reputation on the west coast.
This same scenario is being played out with CCG and White Mountain as we speak.
