It varies from market to market. I know here in georgia you can use the 61.5 and get the same voom channels. You might want to call dish network and find out if thats available in you area.
The 622 is the hd/dvr dual tuner and yes you can diplex it. Using a DPP twin you have to diplex it before the separator. Or you can go the old way and run 3 lines. Make sure you use dish network approved diplexers when doing that.
