the good thing about the union is to use them against your employer, Make the company think that your going to join go to there BBQ's let them breathe on your company and then your company will start having meetings and try to make you see the bad side and you tell your company that money and raises that were promised and past over and after a few time the companies get worried and the give in and give you your raises and a little bonus because 1 or 2 dollars more per person is better then the union all together, If the union was good then why was Jimmy Hoffa the president, He was the MOB, So if it was mob run, do you think that they got in it to help people ????
