Its funny you mention that. I was under the same impression, that the high dollar customers would be my target. Ive found that its the busy blue coller guy who wants my services and pays ontime. It seems the guy who works for a living considers his weekend time more important. I can cut 10 a day at an average of $40.00 per. They leave a check taped to the front door and Ive not had one bounce yet. Sometimes I catch them home and they pay cash. I picked up a Scag mower used for under a grand. I bought my trimmers and edgers new and a small trailer. I think I might be a bit more agressive on the number of customers next year. All in all its been a good biz.
