Yes.....as of now it will be effective to Comcast or Time Warner on 8/1 and that means get ready for a bunch of ''good old fashoned'' upgrade/rebuild, do to the age/bandwidth of quite a bit of the Adelphia plant. Many of the very large systems are in good shape, smaller systems are not......and Adelphia has MANY smaller systems that will now be rolled into larger Time Warner or Comcast systems in the area.
