finally someone with some phone knowledge...
all these cable heads on here talking about their signal levels....well, how about learning telephone service inside the home or office the priority first ? using a tempo will greatly help in reducing your service work. and fix alot of issues you may have.
unfortunately most of the technicians doing service and installs for voip have no clue what a tempo is, let alone what it can do or how to use it.
maybe one day the cable companies will require at least one guy with the proper skills and equipment to service the problem locations ???
