I'm certain the is a certain minium requirement for a power linemans grade , to do the Job . It would also take a power company approved sub contractor , to be allowed in powers space. I would call the enginerring dept. of what ever power co. you are involved with . You will also have to have any attachments approved and permited through the power co. ,there will also probably be an attachment charge. I hope this helps.
