I dond know if your complaint is with d-way or wildblue, but i've been installing WB up here for a few months now and have noticed many recent complaints regarding the upload speed down in the teens, i know there is no way to acurately test it, i usualy use www.toast.net/(or) www.testmynet.com, but usually they are close, I am up in northern WI, anyone experiencing similar issues?? hate to lose faith in an exellent product.
