I would say at least 50k GL to you. It takes drive and respect for your men and paying your dues in exp. You have to start somewhere and its not on top first. You need to know what you are doing and what you're talking about 100% of the time. If you dont , then you need to put more time in and get it straight so you can respect the men that are working for you. You don't want to pull the wool over the cable Co eyes. BE HONEST and do what your capable of doing. They like honesty
