Sorry on the confusion. I was standing in defense of you, actually. My words didn't get written out well enough to convey my meaning. What I was trying to do was reply to the post above mine that their claim that you were being backcharged is BS. Only an idiot would try to claim he was backcharging you when his check didn't pay because of "ISF".
