WOW WHAT DOES THAY CHECK SAY NON-PAY INSEFICANT FUNDS DOES NOT SOUND LIKE BACK CHARGES, SO IF THATS THE CASE WHY DOES IT NOT SAY STOP PAYMENT MAJOR DIFFERENCE SO GO GOOD YEAR GO THE RUBBER THAT NEVER STOPS BOUNCING(confused)
