Correct the union's are now in a position after they are voted to represent you to bargain on your behalf to get you the wages benefits and all other issues you the employee is looking for remember the key word is bargain you may not get it all but they can lead you in the right direction . even the guys who didn't vote for a union can still be apart of the solution . go to work and let the contract negotiation begin everything takes time and it will come out in the wash
bottom dollar dtv is keeping a good eye on this and wants just as much good to come out of this as you do the hsp will get hit hard from both sides lets see who's still standing rons tv is gone whos next .
