not sure of your issues with precise, but in ft.lauderdale as well as texas, all of those locations you and your merry band of so called techs put their hands on failed qc to where i my self had to correct in order for the primes to pay, which incidentally if you remember the texaS prime threw you off the job. in ft.lauderdale, your guys did everything from shotty work, to double billing, and ghost billing. these were the reasons why you did not get paid. do it right the first time and we wont have to back charge you, or take it away to pay others to fix it!!!! cmon, tell the whole story.
