Re: Its appointed on MAN once to live

What'll get you through death and dying (even firsthand, I hope) is to confront it's inevitability early on. If you can somehow decriminalize death's "terrible day"you can begin to accept life in a new perspective. Carpe Diem- Every day of your life's journey is an opportunity to mold your story and make the life you've lived honorable and well spent. Comfort is found in realizing the only fitting and natural culmination to lifes heartache, joys and tribulations is that at the end , we rest in peace.
We live ONE LIFETIME-each of us, no more, no less from cradle to grave our lives are fleeting and our physical presence will end.
Cultivate your spirituality. It's the only thing I can think of that offers a hope to transcend death-and if not, then at least you've flexed your soul a little.
Just my two cents, man. I am acutely familair with the pain of separations and losses. My words-and my heart goes out to you.
