Well, The only way I got around my reports was I would tell DTV that none of the receivers were plugged in. Then they wouldn't even bother checking. On our reports I never had to worry about that job showing up. Then the ones I knew had a valid phone line, then they would call in. I always had a 100% respond. But thats how our reports work, urs might be different. Only one way to find out though.
Also, I've heard rumors there is a number out there that u call and it makes ur system call in and it is checked then. If anyone has more info on that rumor, feel free to let us know
