The actual word is:
Mastec is being allowed another chance in an area south of Tampa, providing they do not have any major hits on city/county owned utilities they may be allowed to continue to work on this project, I wish them the best of luck, this is one of the toughest areas to work in.
TSC do not count them out, they are struggling, but they are a very good company and are very capable of making a come back. They started out very strong but could not keep the A teams they had through the many shut downs and price cuts in the first couple of years.
