has anybody checked for jitter this is something that a cm will never have a problem with but voip will have lots of problem with also look at mer and ber and i mean watch it for a minute or two and see if any errors occur sometimes especially with an intermitant problem the errors have to be recorded over time also if you have sunrise telecom cm1000 and the sunrise rq2500 analyzer in the head end conduct the jitter test any thing over 80 micro seconds is too much
