DSL reports give WB the thumbs up over Dway. I have heard that spot beam 13 (B'ham to Nashville) is out for the next 90 days for repair.
Down here in the Fl Panhandle, they are install WB w/o a ground. They go straight to the modem w/o any splices in the cable. They say it is more stable this way and some also use a surge protector, but no ground blocks. This is just the way one company I know is doing it.
