I would compare the Fair Access policies of both systems. On WB, if you download a lot of content, say a few DVDs online, you will be downgraded on speed down to 128k (2x fast as dial-up) on a rolling 30 day cycle. HughesNet only does it on a daily basis and FAP restrictions are usually lifted in 8-12hrs. WB can FAP you for an entire month. So, if you are going to be doing a lot of downloading or other data-intense operations, you will want to go with HughesNet.
